No gym? Home workouts from YouTube!
The demanding amount of fitness bloggers offering workouts in real time on youtube is growing, its hard to decide whats best and how long you should workout for when you are not feeling the gym but still want to get a workout in, or if you simply want to change up your workout to keep motivation levels high.
I myself love combining gym workouts with home workouts, all you need is youtube, a yoga mat, weights (optional) and of course yourself and you are good to go.
I will post my top six youtube workout bloggers and hopefully give you some good new plans to do at home.
My top favorite youtube fitness vlog, a great inspiration women who is hardcore when it comes to HIIT. She offers a large range of free content of workouts that can range from 20 minutes up to 60 minutes depending on what you are looking for and aim to achieve.
If I am doing one of her workouts i usually for two of her 20 minute HIIT sessions or just one of her 40 minutes or 60 minute workout videos. They really make you a sweaty mess, help you get the heart rate up and burn the muscles till you’re sore. No gym required just you own motivation and effort in every second of the workout.

Love using Melissa for ab workouts, she always leaves me feeling the burn and sweating. Perfect to pair with a cardio session or after a run – a quick 10 minute ab workout. She again has a variety of different workouts including strength, HIIT, reps and time challenges that can mix up your routine and keep motivation levels high long term.

Rushed for time? 15 Minute workouts at the body coach youtube vlog is all you need to get your metabolism help burn fat and build muscle. Can be done anywhere, small space, outside or at home – even at the gym before you lift. Perfect for busy people during the week before or after work/education – but it will get you out of breath and cursing but feeling on top of the world when its over – plus he motivates you during the workout to keep you kicking butt.

Even short for time? 5 minute super fast workouts with Tracy is better than nothing or even better mixing and matching do 5 videos for a 20 minute workout and you will be feeling the burn and be needing that shower. She has short videos all under 10 minutes of arms, abs, HIIT cardio and more that you will love for on days you just want a efficient and effective workout.

Absolutely love the guys at lean machines and when i started my fitness journey and did some videos at home i found their vlogs and did 10 minute circuits and i remember finding their workout with blogilates which was amazing to see. Definitely go and check their workout vlogs they even have daily blogs and nutrition tips.

I think this was the ever first fitness vlogger i followed and did workouts with. I love her workout song challenges, and ab workouts as they really do get deep to the core and build up them muscles. No matter what you will build up a sweat and she really is motivational – if you find you need positive vibes and cheering during the workouts, and then i would recommend you to check out her amazing workout vlogs.

There is plenty more of great, inspiring workout vloggers that really help us get healthy at home in short time or longer options are available that suits peoples lifestyles. I think its important to switch up your workout to get better results but also for your mind – yeah sure gyms have everything but if you can’t make it there on days or feel less motivated there is nothing wrong with changing your routine. Its about what makes you happy – working out if a lifestyle therapy not a short time goal so its important to feel you comfortable and loving each and every session.
